This is where we perform your target market research.

Just like the first step of any good fitness plan involves understanding the current strength and condition of your client, here we assess the target market to understand its strengths and weaknesses.

This step is crucial and involves a lot of reading, researching, and combing through forums and websites. To most, it's boring. Lucky for you and I, I happen to love this part.

Flexibility Training

In this step, we dig into the unique mechanism behind your proposal or service.

This involves understanding the specific needs of your clients, and how to make your service flexible enough to meet those needs.

Just like in flexibility training where one stretches to improve range of motion, here we stretch your proposal to answer your client's specific needs. It doesn't mean you have to bend into a pretzel to please them. You will simply contour just the right amount to show them that you have the answer they've been missing all along.

Brand Strength

The third step involves creating your brand.

You need a strong branding presence that will withstand the pressure of the competition in a saturated market.

We will create your Brand Persona, brand story, and a big idea, and as a result, we will create a unique brand for you.

Powerlifting Your Presence

Finally, in the fourth step, comes the heavy lifting.

This includes writing everything you need, from a website to landing pages to ads and emails.

Just as powerlifting is about lifting heavy weights to maximize strength, I will maximize your presence with powerful, persuasive copy.

Why Did I Choose Fitness as my Specialty?

That's easy.

Because I love it!

I was that person who always struggled with their looks but hated working out, and regularly skipped gym classes in school. I wanted to lose weight, so I joined a basketball team, a karate club, and even tried ballet! (I'm 5ft tall. It didn't work out.)
But I hated it. Every time.

And then, it happened.

The realization that exercising means being fit. Doing things you couldn't before. Being faster, standing up easier, carrying heavier things–all while looking and feeling better than ever.

I knew then that this has to be my new lifestyle. That I will work out as long as I can move.  And I still do.

I know, because my friends still struggle with showing up at the gym.
